We are looking for a motivated Yard Operative to become an important part of our busy Witham branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants to build a rewarding career with a stable and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities
As a Yard Operative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operation running safely, efficiently, and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe yard environment
• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and on time
• Loading customer collections and delivery vehicles
• Receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries
• Organising and storing materials correctly within the yard
• Carrying out stock checks and reporting shortages or damages
• Eager to learn new skills, systems, and procedures
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused
• Organised, methodical, and attentive to detail
• An effective communicator who works well with others
