A roofing project case study from AJW
Domestic roof tiles are a key product for AJW Distribution and we pride ourselves on our knowledge of all tiles available from our key suppliers.
We stock and supply a varied and wide range of roof tiles across all of our four depots which includes a variety of Sandtoft tiles.
The challenge
To create a roof which would stand out and showcase this beautiful house but one which would also fit with the style
The solution
To ensure the perfect tile was chosen to work with the look of the house, along with picking the perfect colour there is also the question of which size and design of tile you would like to go with. As I am sure you may be aware there are hundreds of designs, colours and shapes of tiles and so this is a job in itself to make sure you pick the correct one.
In order to ensure that the house had the perfect finish the Sandtoft Koramic Old Hollow 451 Braised Blue tiles were chosen.
The results
As you can view from the image the result is just perfect.
The authentic weathered look of the Old Hollow 451 clay pantile is a result from a specialist treatment of the tiles. This produces the typical patina of decades old roof tiles. The subtle interplay of the different shades and effects gives every building its own character.
