I initially contacted Nick at my local Norwich AJW Distribution branch, who was very helpful , but the product I was interested in was handled by the Cambridge branch. My project wasn’t an everyday, simple one, but Callum Hoare was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. He guided me through even the smallest technical details, which was especially helpful as English is my second language. The level of service I received from Callum is quite rare these days—it's not often you find people who truly take the time to help. I highly recommend Callum - thank you for the excellent service!

We ordered a couple of Dakea roof windows. There was a hiccup with the supplier, but Sophie quickly got on to it and had them delivered on time. The delivery guys were v.polite and helpful. Thankyou.

Amazing customer service.
I had searched high and low for a certain type of dry ridge tile and other companies couldn't help.
I went to AJW ST NEOTS, Ross went above and beyond and did the leg work for me and managed to source the correct tiles for me and at a incredible price.

I totally recommend AJW. I recently ordered Kingspan Quad-Core roofing sheets and flashings from them. Danny helped me to order the right products I needed. His customer service and product knowledge is excellent, delivery was on the day he said it would be and nothing was too much trouble for him. He updated me on the status of my order all the way through to delivery. The service is second to none and the quality of the product is excellent. Thank you to Danny and his colleagues.

Excellent service by the guy with the beard…very helpful, going out of his way to help me , as he was busy doing paperwork, in fact he stopped his paperwork twice to help me find the roof tile that I needed…would recommend… 👍🏻

Danny and his team have been very helpful and flexible with supplies for my self-build. And their delivery drivers in particular have been excellent. Highly recommended. Very easy to work with. Will be using them again.

I can recommend AJW's as a supplier. They are well organised and reliable. Danny Hearn is our main point of contact and his understanding of product requirements and anticipation of customer needs is exceptional. Many-a-time has Danny's helpful suggestions and proactive communication saved us from expensive disruption on jobs from errors or supply chain issues.

Decent range of tiles and at a very reasonable price, friendly helpful staff. Reasonable supply and delivery times and cost. Great for small and large projects alike. I will definitely be returning here as my first pint of call for all future projects etc.
