Had over 70 broken tiles and returned 60 for a refund to be told they needed photo evidence but I had them in the back of my van ready for viewing. They wouldn't give me a refund and after discussing about whether I would ever use them again if I didn't get a refund for broken tiles but he didn't really care. So this is after an order this year for 3000 tiles on one job and this job was 1500.

Nick was fantastic. Got me out of a real muddle with a next day delivery when let down by another supplier. Next time I will go straight back to Nick. Highly recommend.

First rate service from the fantastic team at AJW Distribution. Having spent nearly 2 years renovating a house and coming into contact with many traders and merchants, Stewart (Branch Manager at Norwich) was like a breath of fresh air. He was proactive, professional, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend them.
