I bought too many slate tiles from this firm. When i returned the extras, they wanted a 25% restocking fee! After... complaining, the chap dropped it to 15%. He thought he was doing me a favour, explaining it would take up too much of his time producing credit notes!!A word of advice to others, buy too little than too much or not at all.Regrettably, i will not be using AJW again, nor can i recommend to others.read more

Excellent service from AJW Distribution. Lewis helped me pick the product based on the size of my build to purchase... metal box cladding. The price and service was exceptional. Very poor returns policy, despite spending nearly £7000 on cedral products, wouldn’t entertain re-stocking a few over... ordered accessories, despite their terms and conditions saying they will albeit with a 25% restock charge. I will be taking it to trading standards. My advice is “if” you need to use them, order too little rather than too much.read more

Amazing service. Tile fell off roof and went to AJW and within 24 hours Gary had sorted out the necessary replacement. Very impressed with the excellent customer service and can not recommend this company more highly.

Being a local roofing company Ajw opening up near me was a game changer. I’ve been using the branch since they started and they couldn’t do more to help even small businesses like myself. Excellent customer service, very helpful and quick. I rang needing just a few specialist tiles for my roof project and Gary was incredibly helpful in sourcing them and getting them to the St Neots branch quicker than expected and the price was very reasonable too, highly recommend.
