I visited today to purchase a Vented roof tile, Charly served me at the counter and I can’t speak highly enough of the 5 Star service I received! I would highly recommend visiting & using AJW to everyone.

I went to AJW Distribution with a query about the type of paint I needed to restore my white cladding on my porch, which, unfortunately, is not looking its best any more as too exposed to the elements. Russell, Nick and Spencer listened carefully to all of my questions and literally bent over backwards to find the right solution to my problem, and they did!

Enquired about some roof tiles & valley today. Unfortunately I didn't make a note of the gentleman's name. He went above & beyond to help me. Unfortunately the tiles I needed was not in. Recommend somewhere else I could try, also some roofers I could use.

Not the best experience at AJW’s. Few times now I’ve put an order in and no one has told me the supplies needed ordering so I’m waiting at a job for the delivery and no delivery. Had to ring a few times to then find out it would be days away. Not a problem had I been told from the start but puts you back at work and not good explaining to customers. Then asked for a price for cladding to be told they’d email me the quote by next day but again heard nothing so I called down a few days later to be told they couldn’t get hold of three different types. Again, a simple phone call would of been good as I was waiting to price this up for a customer so I’ve gone elsewhere now. This place ok for your day to day bits but really need someone to take charge of things properly.

I bought too many slate tiles from this firm. When i returned the extras, they wanted a 25% restocking fee! After complaining, the chap dropped it to 15%. He thought he was doing me a favour, explaining it would take up too much of his time producing credit notes!!
A word of advice to others, buy too little than too much or not at all.
Regrettably, i will not be using AJW again, nor can i recommend to others.

Excellent service from AJW Distribution. Lewis helped me pick the product based on the size of my build to purchase metal box cladding. The price and service was exceptional. Lewis also made sure he confirmed the order and components needed and kept great communication throughout until delivery. Thank you Amit
