After using AJW for the first time last April, their great service took me straight back to them last week when I had a renovation project roof that needed re-tiling at short notice. Again, they have excelled and Sarah Miller and the team at Bury St Eds/Norwich going out of their way to help. AJW's company paperwork and their phone greeting says 'Where Service Comes First'......a strap line that so many companies use, but then fail to deliver. After numerous dealings with the teams over my two orders, I do believe that this is an ethos that runs through this companies' veins and a culture that their people embrace.

Fantastic service from Sarah Miller who when I called went out of her way to find the materials I was after, and unbelievably had them delivered to me within 3 hours. Huge thanks to Sarah and the team at AJW Bury St Edmunds!
