Senior Sales Consultant, AJW St Neots Depot

Branch: Chatteris (HQ)

We are looking for an experienced Salesperson to join our St Neots Branch. You will be a key person in developing and driving the business forward along with the rest of the team. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a knowledge of the roofing world; however, this can be a basic knowledge if they are keen to learn and develop their knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be extremely pro-active, with the ability to develop their own customer base. They will be a team player but also have the initiative to work on their own. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as they will be in contact with customers on a daily basis. With attention to detail being key due to the nature of the business.

The main duties and responsibilities will be
• Actively researching and targeting new customers.
• Develop a sales strategy for your area in order to increase sales
• Able to appropriately promote new products
• Servicing and maintaining existing customer accounts.
• Trade counter customer service and support.
• Assisting with stock cycle counts.
• Assisting with stock ordering.
• Demonstrate good time management and organisational skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft Suite

The successful candidate will be eager to learn and develop their skills. They will be computer literate and be capable of learning new systems. The ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running with the key attributes if becoming a key member of our St Neots team.
