Hello! I’m Harvey and I am Internal Sales at AJW Chatteris; I have worked for the company for 14 months.
I have previously worked in Builders & Roofing Merchants for over 36 years starting in the Timber Mill working in the Yard/ Trade counter/ External Sales and Internal sales.
What do you love?
In work: Providing excellent Customer Service
Out of Work: Family and Scouting
What do you hate?
Bad Manners.
Any hidden talents or hobbies?
No hidden talents but plenty of hobbies!
Most of my spare time is taken up with my various roles in Scouting, I am a Akela in 2nd St Ives Sea Scouts and have been a Leader for 34 years. As Sea Scout Leader I spend plenty of time in river teaching Kayaking /Canoeing/ Team building and Skills for life.
I also like Hill Walking and Swimming.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
To learn Sign language!
What is your favorite country that you visited?
Austria, lovely people, and good for walking
What does your job involve?
My job involves working in a small Sales Team, working together to offer the best customer service we can by phone, email and at our friendly Trade Counter.
What do you enjoy about your job?
Working in a team and meeting different customers throughout each day
