Oh Hey!
My names Nick. I’m 32 years old and I come from a hospitality background with over 15 years of customer service experience.
What do you love?
I love family time, football, boxing, darts and sick jokes.
What do you hate?
I hate mint sauce, silence and winter.
Any hidden talents or hobbies?
I like to try and play guitar (I’m awful) and enjoy boxing / playing darts.
I can bar flair to a reasonable standard and I can dislocate my shoulder blade as a party trick.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would learn to trade stocks / NFTs.
Would quite like to learn the piano/ get better at guitar.
What is your favorite country that you visited?
Cyprus- always hot, friendly locals, English plug sockets and they drive on the correct side of the road.
What does your job involve?
My job involves taking and answering enquiries over the phone and at our trade counter, finding new businesses which otherwise wouldn’t use us and find a product of interest and advising, recommending and problem solving different roofing scenarios.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I enjoy the working hours, the freedom to find new customers, the different challenges that each enquiry brings and the satisfaction when you’ve provided excellent service and get repeat business from a new customer.
