Please put forward your suggestions and the Directors will decide who should win the award each month. The ‘Employee of the month’ can be nominated by any member of staff. All you need to do is complete the form below. All suggestions must be received by the 25th (22nd for February) of the month and the ‘Employee of the month’ will be announced the following month.
