We really raised the roof when we attended the recent Lamma Event at the East of England Showground in Peterborough. Lamma is one of the biggest agricultural shows held in this country, aimed specifically at the farming community with something for everyone to see. From livestock ear tags to state of the art tractors or new farm buildings and everything in between. We were exhibiting our wide range of roofing and cladding materials available to the farmer including clay tiles and Cedral weatherboard for the farmhouse or barn conversion, and the many roofing material options for that new grain store or livestock building.
The main attraction on our stand was the chance to win a £250 experience voucher on our Raise the Roof challenge. Based on the fairground strength test of hitting the pad with a sledge hammer to see how far you could get the lights up the scale, the ultimate aim being to ring the bell! Many farmers and their employees took the challenge and we finally selected our winner from a draw of the winning names.
The show was a great success and enabled us to showcase our wide range of roofing and cladding materials and increase the general awareness of our business in the local area and regional farming community.
