Flex-R are the market leader in the EPDM Flat Roofing sector and offer some unique systems in a fast growing market.
ClassicBond EPDM roof systems offer economical, easy installation and require no special tools or installation equipment, available in a range of large sheet formats up to 15.25m wide giving the ability to waterproof your roof in one piece of EPDM.

Carlisle – Arboflex PU
ARBOFLEX® PU is a durable flat roof waterproofing range, it consists of a liquid system made from pure polyurethane which, once cured, forms a seamless elastic membrane without any joints.
The material properties of ARBOFLEX PU enable it to be airtight and waterproof on a range of substrates. The system is BBA certified.
- Available in : 6kg & 20kg tins
- Colour : Grey
- Recommended thickness : + 1.55mm
- Dry time at 23°C : 5-6 hours approx
- Elongation at break at 23°C : >600%
- Tensile strength at 23° : 2-3 MPa
- Application Methods : Brush or roller applied
Applications Systems : Wet on wet applications or accelerated application to achieve recommended thickness
