With the guidance of Capita we are ensuring that all of our depot’s adhere to the Covid-19 H&S recommendations to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
‘AJW Call and Collect Service’
All five of our depots are open at our normal opening hours.
To ensure the safety of our employees and customers we will be offering a ‘Call and Collect’ service only.
All customers will be required to contact their local depot via phone to place their order. Once your order is ready you will be called by the depot and given a time to collect your order. For those who arrive on-site without placing an order in advance you will have to call the depot on arrival and will have to wait your turn and will be made aware when your order is ready via phone. Please ensure you give your vehicle registration when placing your order so we are aware of which order is yours.
To reduce human interaction whilst on-site, no customers are allowed to enter any AJW trade counter or warehouse area. You must stay in your vehicle at all times and can only leave your vehicle when your goods have been placed in the pickup point and you are asked to collect them.
In regards to payments, we will only be accepting card payments from normal known customers over the phone. We will not be accepting any cash transactions. We will also not be accepting card payment from non-accounts or unknown customers. For these enquires we ask that you must pay via BACS directly into our account.
There will be a number of signs on site and we ask that you all abide by our Health & Safety measures at all times.
The safety and well-being of our staff and customers is paramount. As such, we are following Government guidance and doing everything we can to safeguard our staff and customers through these difficult times.
