Brett Martin site assembled GRP rooflight systems offer a wide range of options and choice of product performance. Quick and easy to install into the surrounding corrugated sheeting, all sheets achieve the highest levels of profile accuracy and cover a range of safety levels, U values and fire ratings.
Single and multi-skin rooflights are available for a huge variety of applications from canopies to warehouses, and factories to retail and leisure facilities. Brett Martin’s entire range of GRP site assembled rooflights have been BBA approved.
•Correctly specified rooflights meet the required safety standard Class B non-fragile to ACR[M]001:2014
•Over 900 corrugated profiles available to match almost all roof cladding systems
•Trilite GRP available in weights of 1.8kg/m², 2.4kg/m², 3.0kg/m², 3.6kg/m2 or 4.5kg/m2
•Weather sheets supplied as standard with ‘Superlife’ enhanced UV surface protection
•Option of advanced ‘Diamond’ surface protection for enhanced durability
•‘Safelight GRP’ heavyweight sheet option engineered for ultimate durability and safety
• Excellent diffused natural light transmission levels
This 1.8kg/m2 sheet is a cost-effective option and will achieve Class B non-fragility when used in combination with Trilite 24 and above.
2.4kg/m2 sheets are the minimum requirement to achieve Class C liner non-fragility during construction for most profiles and assemblies and are suitable for projects that will require minimal roof access. If Trilite 30 and Trilite 24 are used as lining panels, the rooflight will become non-fragile at lining out stage.
With a weight of 3.0kg/m2, Trilite 30 sheets are used in typical applications resistant to damage during construction. They are suitable on projects where there is limited or controlled access needed after construction.
This heavyweight 3.6kg/m2 sheet offers significantly greater safety margins than the minimum requirement and is suitable for projects that will require regular roof access after construction.
This heavyweight 4.5kg/m2 sheet offers significantly greater safety margins than the minimum requirement and is suitable for projects that will require regular roof access after construction.
This sheet has a weight of 5.5kg/m2 and its unmatched rigidity ensures Class B non-fragility can be retained for 30 years. It is suitable for roofs that require frequent and unlimited roof access.
