Ash & Lacy were the first and still remain the market leaders of spacer support systems.  To ensure your project meets the UK Building Regulations thermal requirements, AshGrid™ offers a roof spacer system to suit all building types. AshGrid™ raises the roof sheet above the purlin to create a defined space between the purlin, insulation support system and the roof sheet, also supplied by Ash & Lacy. Our Fabrication range presents an extensive offering of bespoke products to complement the main building design including bullnoses, louvres, flashings and rainwater management systems.

AshJack™ over-roofing systems are constructed using a bespoke lightweight steel framing system which is primarily designed to create a roof pitch. It offers a permanent solution to failed flat roofs, considerably extending the life of a building without disruption to its occupants. By constructing a lightweight steel frame over the existing roof (which is then over-clad), an effective pitch is created to facilitate water runoff. AshJack™ can be supplied in a range of designs including pitch, mono pitch and curved. In addition, eaves conditions can dramatically change the appearance of a building.

To complement our structural range we have tailored a range of Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel fixings that are compatible with almost any application. We offer unrivalled product quality and performance as a result of our extensive research and development and onsite experience. Our fixings comply with MCRMA Charter and moulded heads are available in BS, RAL & sheet colour ranges.
